The learning journey

A clear path from orientation to demonstrated practice.

Each stage has a purpose, a defined owner, and a completion standard.

01

Academy Orientation

Complete required acknowledgments and understand the standards that guide every learning activity.

02

Core Training

Build a shared foundation through structured lessons, applied workbooks, readings, and assessments.

03

Competency Practicum

Demonstrate developing judgment across five staged, fictional training scenarios with evaluator feedback.

04

Local Orientation

Connect academy learning to approved local procedures, supervision, and program expectations.

Built for responsible learning

Training structure should reinforce trust.

The academy is designed around clear role boundaries, documented decisions, staged access, and a firm separation between fictional training material and real case information.

Certification enrollment

A complete pathway. One transparent price.

Apply for rolling admission to the full academy program. Approved applicants complete a one-time $495 tuition payment before LMS enrollment. The program includes orientation, 15 core modules, applied workbooks, assessments, a five-stage practicum, evaluator feedback, and a final examination.

Director-approved course auditing

Learn across the Academy without pursuing certification.

Approved audit learners receive free access to audit-eligible Academy courses and may complete learning activities. Audit participation does not include certification, competency verification, or authorization to serve on a live case.
