Refund policy

Effective September 11, 2026

Before LMS access

A full tuition refund is available if requested before the Academy issues LMS course access.

After LMS access

A refund may be requested within seven calendar days after access is issued, provided the learner has not submitted a workbook, attempted an assessment, entered the practicum, or otherwise begun graded course participation.

After participation begins

Tuition is non-refundable after graded participation begins, except where required by law or where the Academy cancels access without learner fault. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time is controlled by Stripe and the issuing bank.

How to request a refund

Email applications@childadvocateacademy.org with the application reference and payment email. Do not send card information.
