The Course Auditing track provides approved adults with structured access to Academy learning without entering the certification pathway. Every audit enrollment requires a Program Director decision.

What audit learners receive

Tuition-free access after Director approval
Academy orientation and required policy acknowledgments
Access to all learner-facing, audit-eligible Academy courses
Permission to complete lessons, readings, workbooks, and assessments
A Moodle completion record for activities and courses completed

Important limitations

Auditing does not award Academy certification or a professional credential.
Competency verification, formal practicum evaluation, and certificate issuance are excluded.
Audit participation does not authorize work with a child, family, court, or live case.
Admission may be limited by course capacity, readiness, conduct, or safeguarding concerns.

Approval and enrollment

Select “Course Auditing” on the Academy application.
The Program Director reviews readiness and approves or declines entry.
Approved applicants acknowledge the audit-track terms; no checkout appears.
The Academy sends LMS account instructions and opens audit-eligible courses.
