Privacy and records

Privacy notice

The Academy collects application, contact, enrollment, course-progress, assessment, and payment-reference information needed to operate the training program. Stripe processes payment details; the Academy does not store full card numbers.

How information is used

Information is used to review applications, communicate decisions, provide LMS access, evaluate coursework, administer remediation, document completion, prevent abuse, and meet legal or operational requirements.

Training-data boundary

Never submit identifiable information from a real child-welfare case. Academy exercises use fictional training scenarios.

Service providers and retention

Authorized hosting, email, LMS, and payment providers process limited information for the Academy. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for admissions, training, financial reconciliation, audit, safety, and legal obligations.
